How is pay per click?(bux) Is it fraud?

There are too many that are scams and never will pay you. People think they’re in the advertising business, but they’re really in the business of selling or renting referrals and getting upgrades. Even Neobux who has paid me hundreds of dollars follows the same business model, but they at least have instant payments.

They work but most ppl leave them because they are not enough I earned 3 dollars in month. WTF. I must have wasted more on electricity and internet on it then I got!!!
